Speaking & Trainings

Helping people understand and support the neurodivergent mind.

Practical talks and workshops on ADHD, AuDHD, and executive function for workplaces, professionals, parents, and community groups.

Estimates suggest roughly 15 to 20 percent of people are neurodivergent, and many of them don't know it. When we understand how these brains actually work, what motivates them, and what gets in their way, everything changes: workplaces become more productive, families feel more connected, and support becomes more effective. My talks blend research, practical tools, and lived experience, so people leave with something they can use the very next day.

Who I work with:

Workplaces and employee groups

Helping teams, leaders, and ERGs understand why work can feel harder for some brains, what motivates the ADHD mind, and simple strategies that make a real difference, like getting memory and time out of your head, reducing friction, and designing environments that work with the brain instead of against it.

Health and helping professionals

For clinicians, coaches, educators, and practitioners who want to better support neurodivergent clients and students, including how executive dysfunction affects follow through and how to structure recommendations so people can actually use them.

Parents and families

Understanding your neurodivergent child, or yourself, with more compassion and less guilt. Practical ways to build routines, reduce overwhelm, and support strengths at home.

Community and wellness groups

Encouraging, practical sessions on building habits that stick, managing energy, and supporting overall wellbeing with a neurodivergent brain.

Topics can include:

Understanding ADHD and AuDHD, executive function, motivation and focus, habits and routines, emotional regulation, and holistic wellbeing. Every session is tailored to the audience and setting.

Formats:

Talks from 20 to 60 minutes, interactive workshops, wellness challenges for groups, and practical resources attendees can keep, such as glossaries, tip sheets, and planning tools.
